At Lip-Sip, we’re committed to delivering high-quality hydration bottles with care and precision. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or offer refunds only if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
You provide clear images or an unboxing video as proof of damage.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind or personal preferences
Color mismatch or size concerns
Damage after use or improper handling
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@lipsip.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Your Order ID
A brief description of the issue
Photo or video proof of the damage (unboxing video is preferred)
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund or Replacement
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either:
A replacement bottle, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
In most cases, you don’t need to return the damaged product.
If a pickup is required, we will coordinate it at no extra charge.
