At Lip-Sip, we’re committed to delivering high-quality hydration bottles with care and precision. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or offer refunds only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • You provide clear images or an unboxing video as proof of damage.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences

  • Color mismatch or size concerns

  • Damage after use or improper handling

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@lipsip.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photo or video proof of the damage (unboxing video is preferred)

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either:

    • A replacement bottle, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, you don’t need to return the damaged product.

  • If a pickup is required, we will coordinate it at no extra charge.
